Do you need an account for your application?
Please proceed as follows:
- Please create an IT support ticket, select in the dropdown under Category: User Account and under Sub Category Level 1: Create New User.
- Please fill in the following fields and tell us exactly which software it is so that we can help you further. All fields marked with a red star are mandatory and must be filled in. Please also enter the urgency of the access in the ticket so that we can prioritise the ticket.
- You will receive an e-mail from us with the access data for the system. If the user has more extensive rights, we will contact you.
